Do we need to buy oil separately?
Yes. Fragrance oils are purchased separately from the diffuser. We offer a wide selection of fragrances designed specifically for our scenting systems, allowing you to choose the scent that best suits your space.
Can we use our own oil in the diffuser?
For the best performance and to help protect the diffuser, we recommend using Aroma 24/7 fragrance oils specifically formulated for our cold-air diffusion systems. Using unsuitable or unauthorized oils may affect performance and could damage the equipment. Damage caused by the use of non-approved oils or fragrances may not be covered under the product warranty.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days across Alberta and 2–5 business days to most other Canadian provinces. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
